I Reached out to Shelley after seeing her on TikTok and asked if she could help me .

At the time,I was in a very bad way. I weighed 120kg, My whole body was full of inflammation,even my toes were swollen,And i could barely walk due to chronic Knee pain. I was type 2 Diabetic and simply existing not living.

i had my consultation with Shelley and started the 21-day cleanse in July, During this cleanse, i lost 9.5kg i chose not to do the 1-day parasite cleanse at that point as i wanted to lose more weight first.

Shelley then created a personalised food plan i lost a further 6kg, After that i completed the 1-day cleanse and lost another 3.6kg .

In total i have lost over 25kg in just 5 months.

I am no longer type 2 diabetic, I am off blood pressure medication, and the pain in my knees has improved by around 80% i still have some work to do, but i am no longer just existing-i am living.

I will be forever grateful to Shelley. She has shown me how putting the right foods and herbs into the body can make such a powerful difference.

Shelley has also helped my 17-year-old daughter, Who has Crohn's disease. She arranged a resonance scan (which i highly recommend) to help identify what was happening inside her body.

After the scan ,Shelley spent many hours researching and creating a food plan to support my daughters healing journey.
